Safeguarding and improving all welfares including facilities and prosperity of the people living within the jurisdiction of Medadumbara Pradeshiya Sabha to achieve higher living standard using self earning ways and assistance improving public health, developing and maintaining public roadways with effective partnership of the public and safeguarding effective public utility services and environment, being the partner of Government development projects, sharing maximum partnership for the permanent of national endeavour.

Goal

Medadumbara Pradeshiya Sabha, being a public institution in the jurisdiction for safeguarding the environment taking steps to minimize the natural disasters considering geological features of the area, safeguarding national resources, developing tourism with friendly environment and providing assiatance to direct development activities and regulating the solid waste management.
