The procedure to follow for creating an online account.
(An account needs to be created only once. After that, you can access the payment website using your password and make payments.)
01. Go to "elgservices.lk" website.
02. Next, you will see the following screen. Click on the Register button at the bottom right corner.
03. On that screen, enter the relevant information and click the Register button. Your account will be set up at that point.
04. Then click the Login button and use your password to log into the web portal to make the relevant payments.
